‘Pasta with Chickpeas’

What a lovely northern Italian pasta!  Simple to make but really, really memorable, this pasta is a mixture of your faovorite short al dente pasta, chickpeas, fresh rosemary, garlic and olive oil. A touch of pasta water and an extra drizzle of oil (and don’t forget that grated Parmesan’Pecorino cheese!), this dish comes together effortlessly…and makes you want to grab a great big pasta bowl and dig in.
