 This time of year when our herb garden is flourishing, it is hard to resist snipping those herbs and using them in each and every meal!  This lovely recipe for a delicious savory muffin is a perfect bread to serve alongside an entrée salad, or even a bowl off your favorite summer soup.  Baked in a jumbo muffin tin, these muffins are filled with crispy pancetta, fresh thyme and the nutty taste of grated Gruyere cheese.  If you like, bake these in a mini muffin tin for a lovely small bite at your next brunch event or cocktail party as well.
