Aptly named, this recipe is chock-full of summertime produce and herbs. A colorful combination of whole peeled tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, garlic and squash are finished off with fresh basil from the garden and some cooked crumbled Italian sausage. Although tossed with whole wheat pasta (and topped with a touch of grated cheese) before serving, I thought a photo of just the luscious sauce was appropriate here seeing that that is truly the star of the show.
