I have been holding onto this pilaf recipe for quite a while, and now that I made it and adored it, I wonder why I waited so long!? A classic Persian rice pilaf made with long grain white rice along with pieces of angel hair pasta for a texture variation, cooked in broth, white wine, cinnamon and saffron. As if this alone wouldn’t be incredible, you finish this side dish off with chopped green olives and sliced almonds for crunch. (Next time I make it I might even add some golden raisins for a touch of sweetness…)
