An Argentinian chimichurri sauce is a simple a fresh way to liven up your favorite protein. A quick puree of fresh herbs, garlic and lemon juice, the fresh flavor of a chimichurri sauce brightens up everything from fish, chicken, steak, shrimp to even tofu or eggs. We decided to grill the salmon fillets on the trusty Weber grill to give the fish a smoky flavor, but roasting the salmon according to the recipe is also a nice idea.
