My Mom recently came to visit from my home state of Louisiana, so I decided to make her a Cajun delicacy for dinner one night. Like me, she is a big fan of spaghetti with marinara sauce, so I decided to make this flavorful angel hair pasta with a creamy tomato sauce studded with Louisiana crawfish tails. Flavored with fresh basil and a touch of crème fraiche for a creamy texture, this pasta is simple to make but out-of-this-world delicious. Wonderful when served with a classic Sensation salad, a slice of buttery garlic bread, and a glass of smooth red wine.
