 What a unique dish!  Not only in its flavor combination of ground lamb, cumin, cinnamon, sweet green peas, fresh mint and orange zest, but its presentation as well. You serve this lamb dish over a yummy serving of hummus with some pita or flat bread to dip in and eat it with.  And don’t forget the last minute sprinkling of green pistachios for a bit of crunch!       • 1 lb Ground lamb
      Produce
      • 3 cloves Garlic
      • 1 Onion, medium
      • 1/4 cup Peas, frozen
      • 1 tsp Zest, orange
      Baking & Spices
      • 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
      • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
      Oils & Vinegars
      • 1/4 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin
      Nuts & Seeds
      • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
      • 1/4 cup Pistachios, toasted and coarsely chopped
      Drinks
      • 1/3 cup Orange juice, fresh
      Other
      • 3 tablespoons fresh small mint leaves or 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped mint
