 What a unique dish!  Not only in its flavor combination of ground lamb, cumin, cinnamon, sweet green peas, fresh mint and orange zest, but its presentation as well. You serve this lamb dish over a yummy serving of hummus with some pita or flat bread to dip in and eat it with.  And don’t forget the last minute sprinkling of green pistachios for a bit of crunch!
