If the incomparable Martha Stewart were still using her infamous catch phrase, ‘It’s a good thing’, this would be one of her ‘best things.’ Tender, roasted sweet pepper filled with a simple pasta Puttanesca—clever, sophisticated, and super delicious. I added mixed olives in addition to briny capers into the spaghetti filling; I would also love to try this unique recipe in stuffed, roasted tomatoes when tomato season gears up.
