A lightened up version of a decadent breakfast classic—sticky buns. Made with whole wheat flour and a gooey brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecan topping, these breakfast treats are fun to make…and even more fun to eat.  Making these sticky buns requires a few important steps: 1) making the yeast-based dough 2) making the filling 3) cutting the sticky buns and 4) baking them until tender and sticky.   A superb weekend treat that will have you smiling from ear-to-ear.
