Not only for the perfectly grilled salmon filets, but for its fresh, seasonal salsa that accompanies them. Juicy segments of sweet navel orange, creamy avocado, and peppery red onion are the base for this yummy salsa; flavored with cilantro and a hint of sesame oil, the dish comes together nicely with the accompanied side of bok choy. Either grilled heads of baby bok choy or as I did, sautéed bok choy flavored with a touch of tamari.
