 A flavorful vegetarian meatball made from ground almonds and chopped broccoli are a surprisingly hearty version of a traditional meatball. Hailing from Vegetarian Times magazine, these incredible, bright green meatballs are flavored with garlic, fresh basil, fresh parsley, a hint of cayenne pepper, and Parmesan cheese.  Lovely when served with a homemade garlicky tomato sauce, smaller versions of little gems would be a wonderful appetizer at your next cocktail party as well.
