I love the flavor combination of these elegant hors d’oeuvres. Tender baby artichoke hearts topped with your favorite basil pesto sauce and a cube of creamy Brie. Baked just until the cheese begins to melt, these mouthwatering small bites are as elegant as they get…and did I mention, addictive?

Pesto-Artichoke Hearts with Brie
Ingredients:
- 1 (15. oz) can baby artichoke hearts
- Basil pesto
- Brie, cut into small cubes
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Spread a dollop of pesto sauce on each of the baby artichoke hearts, then top that with a cube of Brie.
- Bake the artichoke hearts for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese begins to melt. Serve warm or room temperature.
