 This colorful, good-for-you salad is just another reason to use that handy indoor grill pan.  Perfectly cooked slices of meaty tuna on top of a tasty summer salad filled with haricots verts, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, briny olives,and crunchy walnuts.  All tossed with a unique vinaigrette of walnut oil and white balsamic vinegar, this entrée salad is perfect for a summertime dinner enjoyed on the back patio.
