Wax Beans with Mint
Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 8 oz. wax beans, washed and dried
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons fresh mint, chiffonade
Directions:
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add in the wax beans and season with salt and pepper. Sauté the beans for 5-7 minutes, or until they are crisp and are lightly browned. Toss with the chiffonade of mint and serve warm.
