One of the marvels of the Spring season to me are fresh, peppery radishes. Whether raw, roasted, or maybe even thinly shaved into a refreshing salad, radishes are a versatile and mighty tasty vegetable. This take on a classic French appetizer of raw radishes served with coarse salt and creamy butter for dipping is wondrously unique. Ruby red radishes served with a sprinkling of black sesame seeds, salt and touch of sugar alongside a spicy dipping sauce made from mayonnaise and spicy chili sauce. An elegant and impressive appetizer that places the spotlight on the wonder of the radish!

Looks great! I love radishes.
The spicy mayo is super tasty with the hint of siracha sauce. It would be a nice spread for a sandwich as well.
