Underneath a light salad of fresh greens, basil, and roasted carrots are crispy baked chicken cutlets coated in Dijon mustard and Panko breadcrumbs. On its own this would be a lovely dish, but a drizzle of tangy balsamic glaze really brightens up the whole dish and gives an extra ‘pop’ of flavor!
