‘Grilled Salmon & Leeks with Rosemary-Mustard Butter’

There are two important flavoring elements going on in this otherwise simple recipe. First, the char that you get on both the salmon and the leeks, and second, the flavorful compound butter that you drizzle over each.  The unsalted butter is combined with chopped rosemary and Dijon mustard and is a fabulous flavor match for the flaky fish and tender grilled leeks!  So what are you waiting for, fire up that grill!
