I’ve never met a panna cotta I didn’t adore. The classic Italian dessert comes together with such ease and can take on any of your favorite sweet flavors. A simple vanilla panna cotta is delish when topped with chocolate shavings or your favorite fruit, add in a bit of your favorite melted chocolate or chocolate chips for another variation, or to take it to a whole other level, steep some lovely magenta-hued hibiscus tea like in this recipe and add it right into the mix. The hibiscus tea not only adds a pretty pink hue to the dessert but also the sweet herbal notes of one tasty hibiscus tea. This is a gorgeous springtime dessert that I love to serve with fresh, plump blackberries.
