It is so hard to only eat one of these delectable garlic knots. They pair so nicely with just about any dinner entree I can imagine, and would be a lovely appetizer at a cocktail party –maybe even stuffed with a bit of thinly sliced prosciutto or salami…But I digress. I used my favorite store-bought pizza dough as the base for these rounds of tender bread, and topped with sautéed garlic, olive oil, a touch of butter, and fried fresh herbs they are fragrant and super tasty. Pass that bread basket please!
