Fire up that grill and get ready for steak night! This recipe from Real Simple magazine is one of the most unique steak recipes I’ve made. Whichever cut of meat you prefer (I grilled filets but a strip steak or flank steak would work well, too) it is grilled to perfection alongside buttery fingerling potatoes and then topped with a simple and fragrant salsa made from sliced sugar snap peas, fresh herbs and salty smoked almonds. A fresh and unique way to add a special touch to a grilled dinnertime delight.
