Talk about easy. This would be a great ‘go-to’ appetizer idea for impromptu guests.  My Baked Brie with Artichokes & Hearts of Palm Salad is a decadent and simple appetizer that goes very well with a glass of white wine or even your favorite cocktail.  A creamy wedge of brie cheese topped with a store-bought marinated salad of quartered artichokes hearts, roasted red peppers and hearts of palm.  (I like to always keep a jar of artichoke hearts in my pantry; they are a great add-in for pastas, appetizers like this one, and even a nice salad topper.)  Alongside your favorite crackers or even celery sticks, this tasty appetizer is sure to please.
