This unique version of the classic starts with a combo of salty feta cheese and cream cheese. Then you add in some truly unique flavors—fresh oregano, toasted fennel seeds and lemon zest. Refrigerate until firm and then finish off the lovely appetizer with a roll in buttery pine nuts. I like to serve this appetizer with some crispy flatbread or pita chips and your favorite fresh vegetables.
