Thick slices of hearty multi-grain bread coated in Dijon mustard, then sliced Brie cheese, topped with slices of your favorite ham and crispy slices of sweet apple. Add a handful of your favorite greens and grill until the cheese is melted and the bread is browned and crusty. Each bite of this French sandwich is as decadent as the next.

French Ham, Brie & Apple Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- Thickly sliced multi-grain bread
- Dijon mustard
- Brie cheese
- Thinly sliced ham
- Greens of your choice, I used baby spinach
- 1 small apple, thinly sliced
- Olive oil cooking spray
Directions:
- Spray an indoor grill pan with olive oil cooking spray. Coat each slice of bread with Dijon mustard, then top with the cheese, meat, apples and greens. Press the top slice of bread down on the sandwich. Preheat the grill to medium high and grill the sandwich, turning once, for about 1 minute per side, or until the cheese begins to melt. Slice diagonally and serve warm.
