A creamy, warm dip of goat cheese and cream cheese, topped with sweet, fresh basil and tart slivers of sun-dried tomatoes— a simple start to any meal and lovely when served with crunchy crostini toasted with olive oil. Perfectly creamy, perfectly yummy.

‘Warm Goat Cheese Spread with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Basil’
Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped-sun dried tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- ½ teaspoon chopped garlic
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat a small ovenproof serving dish with oil. Crumble goat cheese into dish and add chunks of cream cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until soft and melting. Meanwhile, combine the tomatoes, garlic and basil. Remove dish from the oven and stir cheeses together. Top with tomato mixture. Serve hot with crackers or crostini.
