Similar to a warm spinach salad but with peppery mustard greens, this lovely Fall salad is tossed with a warm, cranberry-based dressing. You start with cranberry juice and then add a touch of cornstarch as a thickener, frozen cranberries, and balsamic vinegar for a kick. All warmed and served over a healthy mix of shredded greens, Beligian endive, red onion and sliced sweet apples. (Another option would be to use spinach or even a Tuscan kale mixture as the base if you like.)
