There is nothing like a round of baked French brie—ooey, gooey, cheesy goodness. Some of my favorite things to pair with baked brie are sweet apple wedges and crispy celery sticks. So for this recipe, I made a fresh salad of apple cubes and chopped celery to go along with a simple round of baked brie. Oh, and don’t forget the crackers or a crusty wheat baguette for serving.

Baked Brie with Apple-Celery Salad

- Crackers or bread, for serving
Directions:
- Bake the round of brie (on a parchment-lined baking sheet) in a preheated 400 degree oven, for 10-12 minutes. The brie should be warmed through and gooey when cut into.
