 This recipe for braised short ribs in a simple homemade tomato sauce served over spaghetti is so memorable, that even the Dutch oven you cook it in will be smiling with delight.  A perfect name for a comfort dish that takes a few hours to simmer, you can start the searing of the short ribs early in the afternoon, let them braise in the sauce for a few hours, and voila, a superb Sunday dinner with family and friends is served.  All you need on the side is a loaf of crusty bread, a simple side salad, and your favorite Chianti.
