I love the refreshing flavor combination of lemon and fresh dill in this fabulous chicken recipe. Lightly floured chicken cutlets cooked until tender and browned, tossed together with asparagus tips and a lovely chicken broth-based lemon sauce studded with sliced garlic and fresh dill. I love to serve this dish with a helping of pearled cous cous, but buttered pasta shells or even brown rice would work well, too.
