Limoncello with Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- Chilled Limoncello
- Vanilla Ice cream, or vanilla frozen yogurt
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- Biscotti, for serving (optional)
Directions:
- In a serving dish, place a scoop of ice cream. Pour chilled Limoncello to surround the ice cream in the dish. Garnish with mint and biscotti before serving.
