Lemony Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco, chilled
- ¼ cup of vodka
- ¼ cup of Limoncello
- Lemon sorbet, for serving
- Fresh mint leaves, finely chopped for garnish
Directions:
- In a large cocktail pitcher mix the chilled champagne with the vodka and the Limoncello. Pour into the individual champagne glasses and garnish with a scoop of lemon sorbet and a sprinkling of fresh mint.

I love the addition of the tart lemon sorbet to the top of this drink; it melts into the champagne concoction and makes it a tad bit sweet. I bet this would be good with a sugared rim on the champagne glass as well!
