This is one of the simplest chicken recipes you will ever make, but also one of the most flavorful. It’s amazing how just a handful of quality ingredients can make a super impressive dish! This recipe involves searing chicken thighs to get a lovely brown crust, then baking the chicken until tender and juicy. The pan that you seared the chicken in is then deglazed with tangy balsamic vinegar and fresh orange wedges which slightly caramelize in the hot pan. The sauce is then finished off with a pat of butter for enrichment and to thicken the sauce—all of which is them poured over the cooked chicken. Sweet, savory and tangy, this could also be a nice sauce idea for grilled shrimp as well.
