This recipe works very well with dried or fresh figs, plump prunes, or even dates. The sweet flavor of the fruit is a great match for salty feta cheese and tender, thinly sliced prosciutto. Simply cut a slit in the fruit (or if using fresh figs, cut them in half lengthwise) stuff them with a cube of feta cheese, and the wrap in the prosciutto. It’s as simple as that.
