Pink peppercorns are a unique way to add a naturally herbal and slightly rose-scented flavor to marinades, grilled meats and even salad dressings. This simple idea for a mustard and pink peppercorn-based vinaigrette works wonderfully with a bowl of tender mixed greens. I added in some fresh thyme leaves to the dressing as well for an added lemony taste.
