With broccoli rabe on hand, I decided to make this delicious Eating Well recipe for individual pizzas on naan bread. Written to be made with kale, any of your favorite leafy green veggies will do here. A super easy and quick dinner that comes together in less than 20 minutes, soft, pillowy naan is used as the base of the pizza, along with crumbled ground turkey flavored with paprika and fennel seeds for an Italian sausage-like flavor. Garlic is sautéed with the greens and the whole thing is finished off with creamy fresh mozzarella pearls before being broiled to perfection. I love the idea of using naan as a pizza base, and can’t wait to experiment with other toppings!
