When you hear the culinary term ‘carpaccio’ you know that the main ingredient is sliced very thinly. In this case, a mixture of colorful and sweet citrus fruits are sliced thinly, topped with crunchy pistachios, and finished off with a lovely drizzle of orange flower water mixed with a touch of olive oil.
