Cassis Whipped Cream over Blackberries
Ingredients:
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tablespoons crème de cassis
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- Fresh blackberries
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream, crème de cassis and sugar together with a whisk (or hand-held mixer) until soft peaks are formed. Divide amongst 2 dessert bowls and top with fresh berries.
