‘Sriracha-Soy Sauce over Egg Noodles’

 This simple-to-make bowl of Asian noodles is full of flavor and would be great with the addition of grilled cubes of tofu, stir fried shrimp, or even shredded chicken.  Simply cook egg noodles until al dente and then toss them with scallions, matchstick carrots and a lovely Asian-inspired sauce made from maple syrup, spicy Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.  Finished off with a sprinkling of black sesame seeds and dinner is served!
