‘Artichoke-Feta Dip’

This quick-and-easy Mediterranean appetizer sounds too simple to be as tasty as it is.  Literally all you need is a block of feta cheese, fresh oregano, a lemon and marinated artichoke hearts.  Baked in the oven until the cheese is warm and spreadable, this appetizer idea is lovely with black pepper-flavored crackers, celery sticks and a smooth glass of white wine.

Enjoy! It would also be great with olives and maybe sun-dried tomatoes, too…
