Maple-Dijon Salmon

WP_007580

I promise you, this is one of the tastiest and easiest salmon recipes you’ll ever make!  My Maple-Dijon Salmon requires only three simple ingredients: (and I bet you can guess what they are…) quality salmon filets, sweet maple syrup, and tangy Dijon mustard.  An easy glaze that is brushed on the salmon and then it’s all baked to flaky perfection. A perfect weeknight meal when served with roasted root vegetables and a side of sautéed spinach.
