Oh how I have been craving a tart, refreshing margarita lately. Not just any margarita, but a lovely pink grapefruit variety; the perfect combination of silver tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice and pink grapefruit juice, shaken until chilled and served up in an elegant salt-rimmed martini glass. The perfect concoction for my craving, and the perfect accompaniment for a Tex-Mex dinner menu.

Pink Grapefruit Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 cups grapefruit juice
- 1 ½ cups fresh lime juice
- 1 cup orange liqueur
- 2 ½ cups silver tequila
- Kosher salt and lime juice, to rim the glasses
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve. I like to shake each individual margarita in a shaker filled with ice for the ultimate coldness. If you prefer a salted rim, place kosher salt on a small plate and lime juice on another plate. Dip the rim of the glasses in the lime juice, followed by the salt for a salted rim. Pour the chilled margarita in the glass so it hits just below the salted rim.
