This simple recipe for homemade, oven baked tortilla chips will become a staple to your summertime gatherings. Much better for you than the store bought varieties, these whole wheat tortilla chips are lightly salted and perfect for your next get together.

Oven-Baked Whole Wheat Tortilla Chips
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. whole wheat tortillas (16 tortillas roughly)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Cut the tortillas into triangles and arrange in a single layer on each baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil, and bake in the preheated oven for 12-13 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned. Immediately sprinkle with kosher salt and let cool to room temperature.
