Radicchio & Walnut Salad with Golden Raisins and Sage Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 1 head of radicchio, outside layer of leaves removed, core-end removed, leaves thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- For the vinaigrette, whisk the following ingredients together:
- juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons chopped, fresh sage
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 Tablespoons walnut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
