One of my favorite desserts, a rich and creamy crème brûlée, is much easier than you think to put together and the base recipe can be flavored any way you like. This version is a coconut-scented crème brûlée flavored with both coconut milk and coconut extract. Simply mixed with sugar, heavy cream and eggs and then baked until set, I like to serve this tasty treat with a sprig of fresh mint and some ripe summer blueberries.
