A quick stir fry is the perfect dinner idea for those busy weeknights that we are all too familiar with. This vegetarian stir fry gets its flavor from a mixture of soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger, its protein from slices of tender tofu, and its colorful nutrients from green beans, beans sprouts, red onion and sliced hot peppers. This is one of those secret miracle ingredient dishes as well…yep, that’s right–a touch of matcha green tea powder is mixed into the dressing for a ‘pop’ of antioxidant-loveliness. Lovely served with tender whole grain egg noodles, but fluffy rice would also be a delight. Grab your chop sticks and dig in!
