This lovely deep orange-hued carrot soup gets it’s ‘spiced’ categorization from the combination of coriander, mustard seeds and fragrant Madeira wine.  Warming and filled with all the health benefits of carrots, you finished off this spiced carrot soup with a dollop of Greek yogurt for creaminess and also, a pinch of buttery pine nuts for added crunch.
