Serving a healthy Fall dinner doesn’t get any easier than this.  Grilled links of your favorite chicken sausage served whole alongside a mixture of roasted veggies with rosemary and sage:  red onions, squash and brussels sprouts to be exact, and oh–don’t be afraid to serve the dish on a bed of lightly sautéed kale for added Fall loveliness.
