Along with summer squash and cucumbers, okra plants are some of the easiest vegetables to grow and maintain.  This time of year our okra plants are producing at least a half dozen okra each day, so discovering unique recipes like this has a high priority on my recipe radar these days.  Get ready to fire up that grill for this unique small bite!  Lovely okra wrapped in thinly sliced, salty prosciutto and then grilled until the okra is tender and the prosciutto crisp.  Served with a lovely balsamic vinegar and honey sauce, these okra small bites would be a cool appetizer idea or side dish idea for your next summer gathering.
