Stunning and delicious–that’s what a dessert should be, right?  This lovely fruit mousse gets its lovely purple hue from fresh blueberries cooked until jammy , and gets its fluffy texture from a mixture of whipped cream, tangy sour cream, and cream cheese.  Blended together until smooth and then topped with fresh blueberries and crunchy pistachios, this unique summertime dessert is sure to please.
