This hearty salad starts out with a garlic-infused, lemon cream whipped until fluffy and seasoned with salt and pepper. Served as the dressing for a tender, Little Gem salad with fresh mint, salty Pecorino cheese, chopped hazelnuts and thinly shaved carrots, this decadent salad produces immediate smiles. I dolloped the infrused cream over the salad, but feel free to toss the salad in the creamy dressing instead.
