Champagne cocktails are a classy offering to your Holiday guests at cocktail hour. The traditional champagne cocktail is made of a glass of bubbly, a sugar cube, and a dash of bitters. One of my favorite versions, a French 75, is a combo of gin, champagne, lemon juice and sugar. An Italian take on that version of a champagne cocktail, a Sicilian 75, is a superb and tart mixture of Prosecco, blood orange juice, Campari (blood orange liqueur), simple syrup, and gin. A lovely coral-hued cocktail that would be welcomed addition to your Holiday party menus! Cin cin.
